How Does the Ordering Process Work For an Event at a Venue?

Get the balloons you really want for your event
You're having an event! You've probably thought a lot about the food and the DJ, but what about the decorations? No doubt, professionally created balloon décor brings in an element of fun like no other type of decoration. When you look back at the pictures, that same sense of joy will come back again and again.
The sooner you get started, the better result you'll have. We specialize in custom-created balloon décor, but we also have a balloon menu to choose from if you're short on time.
When ordering custom balloon décor, we will look at your event area and determine what types of decor will provide you with the most significant impact for your budget, exchange quite a few ideas, and, if you wish, look through sample colors. We will provide you with at least one proposal, contract, and payment schedule. This method takes more planning, and we prefer to begin at least six (6) weeks out from your event. It is possible to plan in a shorter period, but there are risks involved in not being able to obtain the materials you want.
Once you've decided on your balloon décor, we want to order the materials. Often the newest colors will sell out at the same time.
We want to make sure you get the materials of your choice. Once we've received the 50% booking fee, we will order the materials. The remainder of the invoice is due two (2) days before the event.
